Warranty 

Products purchased from powerness.com are entitled to our Manufacture Warranty. Powerness is responsible for product defects due to material and craftsmanship within the Warranty Period under normal consumer use. Warranty period varies from countries and regions. The warranty period commences from the date of purchase. Warranty only applies to original purchasers and the warranty is non-transferable. Powerness will replace or repair defective products under the warranty period at our expense. The replacement item assumes the original product warranty.  

If you purchase a Powerness product from our authorized retailers, Powerness Amazon store, or Powerness eBay store, contact your point of purchase to claim your warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not apply to the following situations:

1) Damage due to misuse, abuse, and other human damage;

2) Attempted repair by anyone other than Powerness authorized technicians;

3) Modified Powerness products;

4) Products without valid proof of purchase.

 

Claim Your Warranty

If you find your Powerness product is not working properly, feel free to contact us for trouble shooting. Follow the simple steps to claim your warranty.

 

Step 1: Contact service@powerness.com for trouble shooting.

Step 2: A RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be issued, if replacement is determined to be needed.

Step 3: Follow return process given by our customer service team.

Step 4: Replacement item will be sent.

Return Process                                                        

Step 1: Contact service@powerness.com to obtain an RMA number and packing instructions. Return will not be accepted if RMA number is missing, or the product is not properly packed.

Step 2：Send your product back to our warehouse. You can either arrange the shipping yourself or obtain a shipping label for us at a cost.

 

Return Shipping Rates

If you would like to arrange the shipping yourself, ship them through the courier of your choice (Eg. FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc). You are responsible for the shipping cost. Once the product arrives at our warehouse, the full refund will be issued to your original payment card.

 

If you prefer to obtain a prepaid shipping label from us, contact our service team for help. Return shipping and handling charges will be deducted from your refund amount. Please see below for
